Guests often appreciate the convenient on-site parking and find the location ideal, especially for visiting the university campus. The breakfast room offers a lovely river view, and the cooked Irish breakfast is a hit. While some rooms might feel a little small, the availability of Netflix on the TV is a definite plus.

a decent stay

helpful staffgood breakfastconvenient locationsmall bathroomlimited spacenoisy room
the staff was helpful and friendly. breakfasts were really good with strong coffee, which i appreciate. the location was also convenient, with access to various attractions.
the bathroom was quite small, with limited space to move around near the sink. i found it difficult to dry off comfortably after a shower. additionally, the room felt quite noisy at times, as sounds from other rooms and hallway conversations were easily audible.

Decent stay, but some issues need attention

small roomthin walls
I noticed the room was quite small. The bathroom felt cramped. The shower had very low water pressure. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations and noise from other rooms, quite disruptive, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the staff was super helpful and friendly! breakfast offered generous portions, i loved that. the location was fantastic, right next to the university, with a cool college atmosphere.
My room was pretty run down. The main light seemed barely screwed on. there was expanding foam around the back of the toilet, which wasn't pretty. plus, it got really noisy when other rooms flushed, which wasn't ideal!

The room was too small, and i felt quite cramped. also, the bathroom door was difficult to manage. It kept sticking. it made me wonder if the frame was warped.. overall, it felt a bit claustrophobic.
